“train the eight” is a development and learning model. It is holistic in its approach, because it takes into account the importance of emotional-intuitive decisions with the “Heart Quadrant”.

TRAIN THE EIGHT – The development model “train the eight” is a development and learning model. It is holistic in its approach, because it takes into account the importance of emotional-intuitive decisions with the “Heart Quadrant”.

A map of change

Every person who wants to develop further needs a model, a kind of map in his head, to help himself. With the “train the eight” model, I can offer you exactly that support. Once you have seen and understood this model, you will never forget it. Why is that? Very simple: We use as the basis of all explanations an old symbol that has found its way into both spiritual teachings and science, the ” horizontal eight” or the lemniscate.

We all know the horizontal eight as a symbol for “infinity” in mathematics. But did you also know that the horizontal eight has many positive effects on us? For example, when we draw the horizontal eight as a form, it has an activating effect on our brain. Blockages begin to dissolve and we become more creative.

The integrated development cycle

With this model, change and development becomes a “journey on the horizontal eight”, which takes us through four quadrants. We begin our journey along the horizontal eight from the center to the upper right, into the quadrant of the MIND. This is where we find the new way of thinking and this is where we decide whether the world opens up for us and reveals itself as a limitless “field of potential” or whether it remains narrow and closed. In the second quadrant of the HEART we develop a new attitude. We begin to feel our imagined possibilities and develop the strength to start the exercise.

In the third quadrant of the MOVEMENT we face life, we immerse ourselves in the imperfect new doing, which gradually becomes better. In the fourth and last quadrant of the FORM we realize our ideas and come to new insights. New patterns emerge in our life, which crystallize into new habits.

This is exactly how new realities arise from ideas

This cycle along the horizontal eight is a process of manifestation of our thoughts. Now only one important thing remains: It requires the decision to repeat, a re-immersion into the four quadrants along the horizontal eight. This repetition is a good repetition, not a simple copying process. With each pass in the cycle of the horizontal eight we become better and more mature. We experience a reflected becoming that brings meaning to our lives.
